We do not guarantee revenue, profit, or business growth
Automation improves consistency—not effort or leadership.
All system designs, frameworks, and materials provided by OpsROI remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted usage rights only for their internal business operations.
Fees, payment terms, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.
Failure to meet payment obligations may result in suspension of services.
OpsROI is not liable for:
Business losses
Missed revenue
Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services rendered.
